CE Hour Requirements
Salespersons need 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years. Brokers need 45 hours. Make sure you’re on track to meet the deadline.
Fair Housing and Agency Required
All licensees must complete mandatory courses in Fair Housing (3 hours) and Agency (3 hours) during each renewal period. These cannot be waived.
