To ensure clarity and fairness in these situations, we have established the following refund policy for our in-person classes.

Refund Request Procedure

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the School Director. Our aim is to process your request promptly and efficiently.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds, minus any applicable processing fees, will be granted provided that the request is made before the commencement of any class sessions.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • After the student has started attending any sessions, including both accelerated and evening formats.
  • For students enrolled in the accelerated program who do not attend the subsequent accelerated program, fail to notify the staff, or do not request a transfer start date extension to the next available scheduled accelerated program.
  • For students enrolled in the evening program who fail to start the course within 90 days from the enrollment date, do not notify the staff, or do not request a start date extension.
  • If a student does not complete the course within one year from the start date.
  • If a student is dismissed from the school by the School Director due to failure to adhere to school policies or violation of any student codes of conduct.

Additional Refund Conditions

  • Please be aware that physical textbooks are non-refundable once distributed, and e-books are non-refundable following purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued via Main Street Success company check, regardless of the original payment method used for the transaction.

d. Refund Policy for Online Courses

Welcome to Main St Success. We’re committed to offering high-quality educational content to our students. We understand, however, that there may be circumstances under which a student might request a refund. Below is our refund policy, designed to clarify these situations and provide a straightforward process for requesting a refund.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Students are eligible for a full refund within [14 days] of purchase if less than [10%] of the course has been completed. This timeframe allows students adequate opportunity to review the course content and determine if it meets their needs and expectations.
  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • No refunds will be issued for any courses after [14 days] from the purchase date.
  • Courses that have been completed more than [10%] are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because a significant engagement with course material indicates that the student has derived value from the content.
  • No refunds are available for downloadable content, webinars, or live interactive sessions that have already occurred.
  1. Process for Requesting a Refund
  • To request a refund, students must contact our support team at Administration within the eligible refund period. Please include the purchase date, the name of the course, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within [5 business days]. If the refund request meets our criteria, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within [10 business days].
  1. Course Access After Refund
  • Upon processing a refund, the student will lose access to the course content, and their progress will be permanently deleted.

  • Main St Success reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify students of any changes by updating the policy on our website and sending an email notice.
  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.
